He Cares Foundation had its humble beginnings in 2023 when a group of compassionate individuals recognized the pressing need for support and care within their local community in Canada. It all began with an event that would later become the Foundation’s defining moment – “He Cares 2023.”

In partnership with concerned organizations and with the active participation of dedicated African community members, this inaugural event was a heartfelt response to the immediate needs of the most vulnerable in our community. The event aimed to provide essentials like food, clothing, and hygiene items to those who needed them the most: the vulnerable, the poor, seniors, and low-income families. It was a moment of compassion and collective action that laid the cornerstone of what would eventually become He Cares Foundation.

The success of “He Cares 2023” and the profound impact it had on those it served inspired the organizers to continue their mission beyond that single day. It became evident that there was an ongoing and critical need to provide support, nurture well-being, and promote inclusivity. In the spirit of this realization, He Cares Foundation was officially established, committed to extending the reach of their caring and transformative efforts year-round.
